I wasn't going to sell it on here, I'm not that much of an asshole. This kid is in a local band and they fail, he would think it sounded awesome because they sink the fail boat.

Regardless of what band he is and how much he fails, you thinking it's alright to sell broken stuff to someone at the same price as if it were working makes you "that much of an asshole."
Seriously, change the powertubes. 99% of problems with tube amps are directly related to the tubes themselves.
