I guess those are pretty rare but I'd love to have a few suggestions if anyone has some experience with those. ?

The guys over at sevenstring.org are organizing a group buy on a seven (maybe eight) string acoustic from Agile. Aside from the Ibanez model, this is the only production seven string acoustic I know of, though I have seen a few custom models in both steel and nylon string.
