Anyone have experience and know a efficient way of practicing this technique? Its still preety new to me, so im trying to take it slow. I eventually want to increase my arsenal witht his technique by adding it to lagato and arpeggios, but i still nee the tech itself. any good drills or tips?

Study TJ Helmerich. That's all I can say. That was what my friend did. He's not super great at it by any stretch but he really progressed very quick to learn this solo.
