"I'd heard of a few of these 'underground' bands, the ones who don't sell out stadiums but still play kick ass music, like Type O Negative, Slipknot, and Nevermore"
I saw them on MTV when they first appeared and said "Damn, this shit sucks." They tried to call it metal (This was before I was into it at first, I didn't care for metal at the time, it would be another four to six months...) and I thought, "No, I've heard Metal, and I don't like it very much, but THIS... this BLOWS!!!"
There's somethin' wrong with that dude (under statement of the year, right here baby!).
He claims to be a music fan but says that listening to a Pantera album was like a religous experience.
Now, The Pimp don't won't to pay out on any Pantera fans out there, but you can ride Nevermore for "selling out" as he sees it and then praise the all mighty fuck-knuckles that are Pantera! One of the first great sellout bands of modern metal
Now, that sounds truly hypocritical to I.
Peace
