What was my surprise when I've seen this Forum and found no topic about the band himself (maybe I don't search enoug but excuse me...I'm french 
)
So just a word to say that Dark Tranquillity is one of my favourite band which express so many emotions that can touch yourself( sorry if you don't understand)
Mikael Stanne has a very sepulchral voice which fits very well with the music which is more melodic let's say.
I found the contrast between the guitare and the voice really well done.
Anyway Dark Tranquillty is a band of opposition as the name suggest it.
I saw them once in Paris with Chimaira and Hatesphere(another great band) and I was litterary captivated by the atmosphere created by the band...I loves this show..one of my favourited...
So now I would like to know if the band take part of some summer gig this year?!
Because Dark Tranquillity is announced in any summer festival...so sad..
