Prototype of Simplicity
Andrea and Alessio's work at the studio is done. The guys have done an amazing job and will return to Italy in the early hours of Tuesday morning. We celebrated with an amazing barbecue at the studio where the guys consumed a suitably amazing amount of beer!

Yesterday was the first of our guest appearances. Julie Laughton poped into the studio to put down some cello and flute parts

Yes indeed, great pics.. but I want to ask you something, will Sam (Totman) be a part of the new album (guitars of course) ? As a guest musician maybe?
Right that's it....recording is complete. I left Thin Ice at 8:30pm last night. Now on to the mixing stage which starts on Tuesday. I will collect some monitor mixes from Karl on Sunday so we can check through them at home.

The mix should be complete by the end of this week and then we'll be able to reveal the full running order and the nature of the "bonus" material...not just Japan this time!
