I vowed to stop reading anything about me or my bands on the internet, like no googling or looking at other boards or anything like that. And I'm dead serious, for the past 20 minutes I've been feeling like a nic-fit, all jittery and out-of-sorts. It sounds funny but I can't believe how affected I am. In any case, I feel it'll be healthy to the max.

that's tough. i used to do that compulsively with our magazine. it got ugly. i actually stopped using the internet for 6 months just to get over it.
