In general use a limiter(-3 -4)compress it,Do some EQ and stuff like that

I hope you are not charging if you are asking this. This question can never be answered without listening to what the material needs

However, I would import a song that has the qualities you are looking for into your DAW and compare your song to it. Less is more and you can really dig yourself into a hole with all the options out there. Compression, EQ, then limiter last.

Limiter last to prevent any overs is the only rule.
