ACCEPT!

Wow, great! I'm glad you'll do something different than another thrashing band and it's almighty Accept!
I share your passion for the band (and headbanging to their stuff in the car as well :D ) but the new vocalist didn't exactly satisfy me, at least judging by that Balls To The Wall sample they posted... Udo has such a characteristic voice, one of the toughest to replace... But I wish you and the guys best of luck, I really hope Wolf comes out with some nice riffs and some of those Peter's vocals would be nice (remember Midnight Highway or Breaking Up Again)...

Again - congrats! :headbang:

from what I've been told those 2 demos were thrown down pretty quick and the guys were just excited and wanted to let people know what was happening. I agree they're a little rough but if you listen to the TT Quick stuff I think you get more of an idea how Mark could fit.
To me there was always Wolfs playing at the forefront of Accept, so although there's alot of love for UDO, (and I can see why, they really only made one of him), its a great chance to work on something different with world class players. Another thing, and you'll hear it on the Megadeth record, its so easy to record a straight 4 x 4 beat and get killer low end in there after you've had 20 years of thrash so I think it could sound insanely huge.

great news :headbang:
Wolf Hoffmann was one of my favourite guitarists/writers from the early Accept days on. (Somehow they always were the ones that brought metal to its basic essentials)
Cool to hear he puts aside the camera and picks up the guitar again.
Really looking forward to the results of a Sneap/Hoffmann combination.

I just got done listening to all my Accept albums as part of a thing to go through everything alphabetically (nearly finished up Aeon now... a ways to go!). Objection Overruled still stands out as their best album in my opinion. Solid band though - will be interested to check this business out!

We had that thread going on hear a little while back about "Most Influential Guitarists" and Wolf Hoffmann is most defiantly one of the guitarists that got me playing guitar. His great riffs, his classically tinged leads - man he is a great guitarists. Glad he is coming out from behind the lens to record and tour with Accept once more. I like Andy, headbanged to Accept many a times - even in my car (it's a wonder I was never in an accident because of it :headbang:).

And Andy, please do me a favour, tell Wolf to put another record like "Classical" out! :) How often will you find yourself banging your head to Grieg's "In The Hall Of The Mountain King"!?

Wolf is awesome. FACT.
