I love both this songs alot, but the whole knightlyhood, hapiness/Allens chanting at the end of the song makes it all worth while...+ 9:00 minutes of this kinda pwnage is 4 sure betta that 4 minutes of pwnage...

But I love em both, Accolade I gains my vote...But Accolade II is still pretty sick.

I choose "The Accolade." Any number after its title diminishes its glory.

The part from 5:23 right into the chorus sends chills down my spine every time I hear it. "The Accolade" is also one of the most perfect songs ever made, earning the prestigious (and hard earned) rating of 5 stars in my music library.

I went with the sequel, which I think is the better song (as a whole). However, I think the first one has a better chorus. But the second one has a better guitar solo. But the original has that awesome polyrhythm part near the end. But the line "A heart of gold..." works better in the second one.

Love them both. But Accolade I is my favorite of the two. The emotion in it's melodies is just undeniable. And that wonderful guitar intro and the mid section with Russ and the organ is just amazing. But I still love II as well!

I is more epic style.....like it doent roll together into a nice ball as well as II. Thats probably good cos it keeps u interested, but it doesnt have the same familiarity until uve listened to it 4 a while. When i first heard I it was pretty funny cos of the church bells bit.......it sounded christmassy. So yeh i go for I but II has a cooler solo.
