accolade II

I'm curious to know how many of you prefer The Accolade II over the first one.. Personally I prefer the first one.

i'm not really sure... cause i heard accolade about.....54126 times

accolade II is too new to be very objective, but i love the 2 of them...

accolade II is more epic, sounds more like a "battle hymn", and...well i don't have the exact word in english but let's say "spaced" (aérée in french)... really cool ambience

Accolade II definately! Sounds a lot more tear-jerking (that's a good thing).

I definitely prefer the second version...and the version available for download from the official SX homepage sounds /a lot/ better than the promo I heard.

I still prefer the first, but this is a worthy sequel and a stunning composition in its own right...

I don't know why my first attempt to reply didn't post...

Anyway, I agree with 2 people in this matter, first the one who said it's too soon to judge definitively....but I will say that I'm leaning toward part 2 since right now I'm of the mind to say it's the greatest song EVER, that by simple logic would make it better than part I...but I think my emotions may be forcing me into a biased opinion there which brings me to the second thing I have to agree with...the 'tear jerker' comment.

This song makes me want to collapse onto the ground in tears of joy! (or Tears of Woe because I didn't write it!
