Acoustic Guitar

hey people, i was looking to get an acoustic guitar to learn/play around on, for cheap, theres 2 i was looking at theres this really cheap:

or do you'se think it would be better off paying another 60 bucks for something like this:

that first Ashton one is 100 bucks on there, prob 150 or so in shops, the fender is 160 on there, around 300 in shops

check out some takamines...good sounding guitars that are really easy to play, and sound great for the price
