Advice Needed for EQ-ing Mix

I have the rough mix of the outro of a song I'm working on bounced down. I know that there are some mixing issues (bass drum to loud, guitars not loud enough), but EQ-ing is my worst asset when it comes to recording. I can't seem to un-muddy this mix at all. Anyone have any suggestions?

If you already know some problems with the mix, your probably best adjusting those first before asking for help on a mix you know isnt up to par

I guess I made it seem like I just heard the problems and automatically came here...which is untrue...I've been fiddling with this on and off for a few weeks trying to come up with something. I just keep falling on my face.
