I don't think so. If you zoom in you can see to the right of the 421ish object there is some small silver mic, a condenser I guess. I don't think the other thing is a 421, I'm not even sure it's a mic.

Could it be a trigger?

That thing on the snare at 11:00 or so is the trigger - it's a Roland.
