I've always wondered why that album gets panned as one of their worst. It's among my favorites. Love the album art too, to the point I bought it on vinyl just to have a big version of it.

Yeah that doesn't make sense to me either. It's awesome. In a way it kind of inspires curiosity, as opposed to something more straightforward like War Master or Honour, Valour, Pride.

it used to be my least favorite after HVP but i haven't heard it in ages. uber consistent band though so that isn't really a slight, i don't recall seeing many people 'panning' it.
