I really like Ross Dolan's vocals on this album, it might be my favourite growl performance ever. The guitars have always struck me as Azagthoth - light. The drum production is great, I love the "fleshy" sound of the toms and the bassdrums.

I've heard only a handful of thier songs and I can't say there were any that I didn't like. They're good for a few listens every once and a while, though I don't really see why I don't listen to them more.

I think Words That Go Unspoken, Deeds That Go Undone is Akercocke's best. The Goat of Mendes is also an excellent album.
