Albums currently kicking your ass

Kvlt act? That was lame, I genuinely like it, why would I lie? To impress a bunch of Tech/Slam/Brutal Death lovings fags on a forum? ;)

But seriously, the quality fluctuates because it's a compilation, the later recorded stuff isn't THAT bad, I'm not saying the quality isn't ass, but comparatively it's not so bad, especially if you've got as many demo tapes as I do from periods of time with way worse sound quality.

I'm listening to 'Into the Grave' on YouTube and this sounds perfectly listenable to me. What a massive vagina you have to be to feel inadequate for not being able to tolerate the recording quality and make passive-aggressive "kvlt" slights.

Yeah, sounds fine to me considering half the shit was recorded in 1973. Can't say it sounds much worse than Pentagram's early demo stuff, and some of that is among the best in doom metal.

Was their latest album any good btw guys? I get a bit tired of prof black and his 100 bands. Think I totally forgot to check it out.

It's rather disappointing, it's nothing like Into the Lair of the Sun God or Nucleus. Barely a metal record. Some songs are still satisfying, but it is rather incoherent record.

I'd much rather listen to the full length. It sounds much clearer, it's not got that disjointed demo comp feeling, and they didn't bring back mr born again Christian for vocals.

Aelin - A Story About Destiny by Quicksand Dream, I got my copy directly from Goran, nice guy, great Swedish epic Heavy Metal band.

I fucking love this album. I am friends with Goran on facebook. Super nice guy. I kinda agree with rms when he said that it wore out on him, but I blame the fact that I had it lodged in my car CD player for over a year and could not get it out. I still love to blast it though.

Yeah same he's real nice too.
I wasn't sure if rms was talking to me, but on that point, I've got it on vinyl which is too much effort to burn yourself out on, if I had the cd maybe I could agree.
Very keen for the next album though.
