Fantastic album.

I got a promo of this album a few months ago and I thought the first several tracks were so boring that I didn't even bother finishing it, let alone writing a review.

I'm considering revisiting certain promos to bolster my reviews of new releases, so maybe I'll try that one again even though it was boring.

It's Pentateuch by Forsaken. It's billed as an epic traditional doom metal album, so it might not be your thing. Then again, I hated it so you might like it a lot.

Wrathprayer / Force of Darkness - Wrath of Darkness

Again and again. Force of Darkness' brand of burning and slashing black/thrash is perhaps the best I have ever heard and the three songs they present here are exemplary, especially The Order which is a good candidate for my favourite song of the year. Bring on the next full-length!
