The thing is that it's a cover track and every other song on the album is incredible. That's bound to swing it in its favor.

Yes. A cover song that has been censored and thrown in the middle of the album. While the rest of the songs do rule, for me it loses something due to totally fucking the cohesive album experience that I personally value. Sitting through 3 (or is it 4) great songs and then having to either sit through that ridiculous cover or stop what you're doing and skip really bugs me.

Just found out this modern classic is already 10 years old. I remember when it first came out and when I first heard the lyrics to "Missing Girl" like it was yesterday. One of the most important albums for me.

Since I also always listen to albums from beginning to end, I'm happy I have the original album version and I do like the cover a lot. It's actually one of my favourite covers of non-metal songs done by metal bands. And I definitely like it better than the ones on "Peace Sells..." and "So Far...".

To be fair, the song is only censored on later pressings of the album. It's still a bad cover anyway.
