This album impressed me quite a bit. I initially expected it to be your typical Swedish death metal but there's definitely something really different about this album. I'm not sure if it's the grindy influence or the American death metal leanings. Either way, it certainly stands out among the Swedish hordes.

Yeah Carbonized ruled back then. I never actually checked their last album which is said to be semowhat uttershit.

Yeah, their other two are pretty meh. I picked up Disharmonization a while back (as a blind buy, obviously) and thought I had accidently chosen the wrong band. The first couple songs don't even touch on death metal.
