Roope played RRs non stop till ESP made him go for another thing (I supose they did or he did so he wouldn't ''copy Alexi''). Vai plays exclusively Jems, so does Satch with his guitars, so does Petrucci with his, so do Kerry King (well, he has that ugly ass Warlock he sometimes uses, but hsi trademark guitars are the Vs) and Jeff Hanneman and a shitload of others. There are players that change guitars and others that just have 3098475837 of the same shape. I really don't see Alexi with any other guitar, not even with a normal V.

I've never really payed attention to his eyes until now. very nice I might add.

Joonas, there's no need to go pesimistic. Joints do heal properly if they're taken with care and seriously. I don't know what past stories you may have had and I'm sorry if you had one and had the bad luck to not get it fully healed, but my father is an orthopedic surgeon and has treated quite a lot (including myself last year and when I was 10 or something) and most of them (if the patient takes care and pays attention to what the doctor tells him/her to do) do heal properly, so no need to worry excessively IMHO.

Well maybe your father should've treated my ring finger back then Some fucking bitch managed to kick it out of shape, I thought I'd never get married. I guess not even wheelchairs can stop Alexi from playing gigs, he'll just get out there and do his thing even with his neck in a case.

Now seriously, if we were warned when he broke a toe (ok it can hurt but that won't have influence in his playing) in Barcelona I don't see how we wouldn't be told if he really had anything important in one if his hands (which if serious would actually may cause a problem).

Well, he's played with broken stuff more than once (only that not hands or arms), but I still think it won't be anything big. From the kind of ''bandage'' (if we can call it like that ) that is shown in the pic it seems more like a cut than a real broken bone or whatever.

Yeah it's not that bad looking at the bondage.
I mean, when I had my finger in between a closed door and the wall (no idea how to describe it in English, but you get the point) and there was nothing to see, that finger was spalked with the finger next to it. So when it's really broken, the same should happen. And he can bend it pretty well, so I'm not (to) worried anymore

Actually, Ive seen all those people (except King) play other guitars.

But you're still right. Some do, some don't. I guess only time will tell. But I wouldn't just assume Roope only did it because ESP told him to. Maybe so, but we don't know that, or at least I never heard it.
