Alice Cooper - Theatre Of Death Tour

Yeah went on Monday nite in Sydney , great show, but odd not much rapport with the crowd and I have no idea who's in the band as he did'nt introduce them... But the show was great ...

Enjoy or was it on last nite

I didn't even hear about it until Friday morning. Same as Queensryche. Only heard about thing this morning, and they're playing tomorrow. Not that I would have gone, but I know people who would have liked to.

just watched the original clip of School's Out and it features footage from all his old gigs.
pretty cool to see and seems that he has always enjoyed the whole theatre aspect of his shows.

If I had known earlier that Electric Mary was the support act I may have gone. That's assuming there was a Brisbane gig, and I'm too lazy to check.

Jimmy DeGrasso from the Trash tour was on drums and Keri Kelli frrom Big Bang Babies (and also had stints in Pretty Boy Floyd, Ratt, Warrant, LA Guns, Vince Neil Band, Slash's Snakepit etc) is on guitar still.

The show was great, setlist was around 25 songs long made up predominantly of '70s material (with the exception of Wicked Young Man, Vengeance Is Mine, Dirty Diamonds and Poison). He even had a whole From The Inside segment with Nurse Rozetta and everything! He played Go To Hell after the beheading (I love Go To Hell!), and he was killed 4 times in this show!

Awesome write-up of the 2005 tour!
Brought back memories of that one, which I saw at The Palais as well!

This tour was my favourite of the 3 I've been to though :)

I'm quite a fan :)
Got to open for them in 2006 in LA which was a bit of a thrill for me, and just found out yesterday that I get to open for them again on this tour too in Melbourne & Sydney which will be awesome!

November 26th, a Thursday night :)
It's actually my AOR band White Widdow opening up there, and The Deadthings down in Melbourne.

Alice was the last concert I went to in sydney before I moved to Wodonga...back in 2000!

Loved it. He always puts on a great show! Saw an interveiw with him (on rove I think) where he said his daughter plays his nemisis on stage. Nice way to keep a family connection!

Cool, probably wont make it , as its during the week and after going to SLAYER / MEGADETH & MARILYN MANSON the month before $$$$ will be tight...

Have a good one :headbang:
