Alive 2 - US/UK track differences

Hey, from the Uk, got me the new alive 2 cd/dvd today, and the track lists are diferent from the US versions.. well from what ive seen on ebay and stuff
I dunno if this is just some dumbass getting the tracks wrong, but does the US version have "Got The Time" or "Metal Thrashin Mad" on it, coz i really want them

Is there anyway i could get hold of them, bar buying the US version?
