As much as I love "Elegy" which I believe a lot of people would agree is their best, I really want to hear SW live in it it's complete form. This album is easily all killer, no filler! There is just something that hits about this album that I just can't quite put my finger on it. It's greatness is off the charts!

Dude, I love Silent Waters and all, but I don't think that disc has reached the level where it should be played in it's entirety. A good three or four tracks from that disc would be more than adequate.

Well, these polls are more opinion than anything. Right? IMO, I believe SW does reach those heights. I've listened to this band for many years and there is something for everyone it. It's a masterpiece of an album and as Milton said, it's as close to perfect as your going to get.

Although I really like the Silent Waters album I don't want any Amorphis album played in its entirety. I would rather they devote their time to playing a good selection of songs covering their entire catalog. Playing any one album in its entirety would seem to diminish that prospect.

Yeah, I'll vote "no" as well. While I wouldn't necessarily mind it, I think it's way too early for the album to be considered enough of a classic in their catalogue to be played live in its entirety. I had the same problem with Maiden playing "A Matter of Life and Death" in its entirety on their last tour - I love the album but found that decision to be pretty self indulgent.

At least it made a slight bit of sense in Maiden's case. It was a way of telling everyone "we're proud of our new stuff and aren't a nostalgia act". For Amorphis, I don't think there are going to be a bunch of people there shouting "Play 'Forgotten Sunrise'!!!!" who they'll have to "educate" by playing SW in its entirety.

So yeah, no please! Just play a mix of good songs, Amorphis.
