Amp blows fuses.

So I got a vox Ac100CPH for cheap (more about that later).

Anyhow, the fucker powers up, but flip off standby and it blows a fuse. How fucked am I most likely? There are 2 fuses on this amp, one under the IEC cable (5amp) and another 1amp slow blow. It's the 1amp that goes.

Nevermind, got the idea to yank the power tubes and one of them lost it's vacuum. I pulled the quartet and took them to get tested and turns out 3 out of the 4 were fucked.

Anyhow $160 later I have a near mint AC100CPH. I'm not sure if I'm keeping it yet.
