Thanks man.. I'm just battling with the 1-4k area and the mud zone. Seems that every amp, cab, mic, player and everything else I do just inherently has that. I had to do some serious EQ'ing to make it listenable.

Hi Nikolas, thanks for listening! What do you mean with the term boxy mids? I am pretty much a noob, when it comes to audio engineering, so I don't hear that. Maybe that's because of my monitors. They are some cheapo KRKs...
