vomit said:Well I am atop "Powerslave" mountain, and all looks well from up here. Day 16 is on deck, and I am looking for smooth sailing the rest of the ride.
Something to keep a soul going, with all the evil & satanism coming forth from the Anthrax camp.
vomit said:Well, well day 21 has come and went. And I am ashamed to say, I have suffered a great error in my life! This past weekend I had a Blatz fueled bash at my house, and I let some ruffians commandeer the music machine, and my ears were assaulted with music other than "Powerslave"!
The shame, the horror, the humanity!!
Alas, I am still carrying on this sham in my heart, and in my vehicle. As the only CD I have played in my truck in over 23 days is still "Powerslave".
Can you all find it within your hearts to forgive me, for this egregious mistake?
And it did: 1 Month STRAIGHT of Powerslave. What a great moment in my life....aready 5 years ago! And my youngest boy is about to turn 5.You have gone on far too long to turn back now. Your personal odyssey into the unknown must continue! In my eyes you are forgiven. LOL
OK, so maybe not too evil.
I am on my 8th day of listening to nothing but the album, "Powerslave". So far, I can report:
Mental capacity: improving
Beer consumption: improving
Strength: Like 10 men
Gumption level: same
Love for all things Maiden: PEAKING!!!!!!!
Feels like 1984 all over again. Christ, I really need to see Maiden this summer....:hotjump:
Anyway I am going to listen to this album for a month. I will keep you all posted, as to my condition....as events warrant.
Don't know how someone that loves Bushtrhax nu metal garbage can have a brain that allows them to enjoy something brilliant like Iron Maiden's Powerslave album. But hey, this might be the coolest thing you have ever posted. Nice work!
