thanks so much guys,. you guys really helped a lot

I'm in love with the ENGL Savage 120.
2ch Dual Rect kicks ass as well.

Apparently, I'm not a fan of the 6505 or the 5150. But then again, could be because of Revalver 'cause I've never played with a real one.

Trem-o-verb is for all intents and purposes a 2 Ch. Dual Rec btw, just in case you didn't know!

I've owned both.....fairly differnt sounding. The cleans are both different and the Dual is more aggressive even though I don't like DR's.

Tremoverb is actually a more toneful amp. Wouldn't use it for over the top metal but it would crush the DR at everything else.

btw, I like many of those amps, and I dig 5150's.
But I'd take my UL over all of those amps listed.

actually, all the Trem-O-Verb needs is an OD in the front to push it and you get as over the top as you need for metal.

more than likely, but in and of itself it's not really that agressive, not for metal. Plenty saturated and thick, a little smother. Like I said, I think it's easily a btter amp than the dual and triple......I've owned all of these 3 amps aswell, over the last 15 years or so.

The Trem- O - Verbs are real nice, although I've only played them once, but I was impressed certainly.
