Andrew McDermott Dies! (Threshold, Sargent Fury, Powerworld)

1966-2011. What an absolutely loss, I'm deeply saddened by his passing. Not only was Dead Reckoning among my favorite albums of the decade, but his work on everything he did was outstanding.

I guess now he lives on as a Pilot in the Sky of Dreams.

I knew Mac had been ill but never expected to hear this, Stunned!

Huge fan of his work with Threshold! His voice made them standout from other bands in the genre. I was always hoping he would end up back in the band.

I bought the Powerworld cd & Sargant Fury box set. All good stuff but Threshold was special.

MAC's work with Threshold is classic - so many GREAT albums to remember him by. As awesome as Damian Wilson is, MAC's voice was a perfect match for the mighty Threshold.
