Andy Sneap talks about the Kemper Profiling Amp

Nice to have some new Andy releated stuff to talk about in the main forum!

Probably the closest sounding profile I've heard, there's sliiiightly more bottom end on the chugs on the original but it's honestly such a tiny difference it would get totally masked by kick and bass in the mix.

I wonder if Andy's profiling with the tubescreamer inline or using the screamer on the Kemper?

Hughes and Kettner Switchblade and some kind of Laney head in the studio (any ideas on what this is? seems like it's got a graphic eq on it?)

Isn't the Hughes and Kettner the Coreblade?

The Laney is one of their bassheads, probably the Nexus Tube (there's a transistor version, too)

the torpedo is just a cabinet sim (sure, the loadbox is nice, loading impulses and so on) but in a studio situation,
I would prefer the Kemper, but that's just me ;)
