Andy Sneap talks about the Kemper Profiling Amp

I don't think low end is a problem whatsoever. However, I do think it's somewhat difficult to get the presence right. It feels more amp-like than any sims I've used previously, but the highs definitely are somewhat strange sounding...

Lol this Clark kent guy is a real jem, can't get away from
This guy and his secret love affair for the kemper. Oh,
Clark: you can add mark Lewis and Jason suecof to you "these guys obviously have Tin
Ears, I know better than they do " list along with sneap. They both use the KPA pretty exclusively these days.

You know... the issue with me is that I don't simply care WHO uses the KPA since it will NEVER make the product better in any way. I judge with my own ears and when I had it I didn't get along with it. I know many people who get amazing tones out of the KPA like Andy f.ex. but that was never the issue I had with the Kemper. The tones I got were good, but not as good as the real amp tones. Some minor artifacts were missing and I'm sure you all agree with me on this. Or is there anyone who claims that the profiles are 100%? The difference wouldn't most likely make a difference in the mix though.

Me not getting along with the KPA shouldn't make the product any worse but somehow it seems to have that affect on these forums. I just don't get it. If it sounds good to you then it's good for you. My experience shouldn't change your experience but since the only answer you guys have is anger... makes me feel like I'm not the one you hate in this situation. But that's deep psychology and I'm not going into that.

And now you're angry because I simply ask if you guys hear anything weird in that Anderton's clip but no one can give me an answer. What's that about?

You could simply say "no, I don't hear anything weird in that clip" but since you won't say anything... that really makes me question the general stardard of tones and hearing capabilities although this forum is filled with amazing audio engineers.
