Andy's "Krank 4x12 with Eminence V30s"?

hey andy while we've got your attention I was hoping you could tell me if you've been using the D6 or the Beta52 more. I keep seeing the Beta in pictures of your drum mic'ing but a lot of people seem to be under the impression that you use the d6

I'm curious about the Krank cab also

In case you haven't checked them out, here are some samples of Krank with Eminence, Krank with V30's, Boogie with V30's, etc...:

You might be interested in the sound differences between the Traditional (smaller) and Standard (Oversized) Boogie Cabs also. Another forum member that posts here, Matt Smith did a cab shootout with the aforemenhtioned cabs and a Krank Revolution Cab with Eminence V12 using a 5150 and a Revolution head. Sample "......1" is Mesa Traditional, Sample "......2" is Krank Cab and Sample3 ".....3" is Mesa Standard.

While we are asking questions, :heh: , Andy, have you ever swapped the tubes in your Revolution for another type, if so which type? Are you still using the Revolution or is it 'stein all the way?

Andy, If you had the time to answer these Q's it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. :kickass:

Sorry for the partial hijack deanbailey, at least the first part of my post was On-Topic. :)

lol It's all good. Yeah i've seen/heard those. (I prefer the V30 boogie cab with i5) thanks though
I've been here for quite a while, just haven't posted much because most of my questions have been asked/answered by others.

I was just curious with the Krank cab, because i know the Rev cab comes with Legend V12's, and i don't think Eminence make "V30s".
it's just been bugging me since i first read it (which is about a year ago)
