hey guys, we put a new song up on our profile. its a track from our first album. the song is called "Abominations" from the Screams From Beyond EP. This track is a personal favorite of mine, namely for the 2nd guitar solo, using 4-finger tapping inspired by Trey Azagthoth's 2nd solo in "Prayer of Hatred".
I'm not sure how to describe the song... its fast, and its thrashy. Its kinda a mix of At The Gates, OLD Morbid Angel, and Possessed, I guess.
Funny story: I'd been on a HUGE At The Gates kick, having just discovered Slaughter of the Soul, and I actually came up with the verse guitar riff while I was in the shower. I heard the melody in my head, and visualized how I would play it. I got out of the shower, went upstairs, and figured it out, and ABOMINATIONS was born.
