anger problem

Well it seems like my old thread got deleted due to the server failure a couple days ago. Anyways. I'm gonna meet up with someone my doctor recommended me, and she will refer me to a good anger management class. Has anyone here ever done anger management? What is it like? Does it really help? Regardless, in addition to the anger management, I need to remedy what is causing my general underlying anger.

and no, no experience here. when things go wrong i tend to get depressed more than angry.

Oh, I get depressed too. I actually feel depressed most of the time. But for some reason I tend to get extreme anger spikes sometimes too.

I have anger problems, but if I went to get help with 'em I'd feel like I was proving my mum right. Meh, they're not bad, I just get annoyed a lot for no reason sometimes.

In highschool, a few friends and I had to take an anger management class. It didn't help at all, the class itself made me angrier, heh.

Me? No. I was just hoping to get some helpful responses, and I that couldn't happen without me re-creating the thread. I don't get pissed off about things like that.

I'm going to start seeing a therapist about it, starting Thursday.
