It should work if you import the midi drums into a virtual instrument track.
Or import it as a midi file, and route it out to a channel with superior 2!

Oh, then the notes that my yamaha sends are not in standard numeric midi.
Here it is:
A0: kick
G0:Snare
A#1:Hihat
B1:Ride
C2:Tom 1
C#2: Crash 2
D#2:Crash 1
E2:China
G1: Tom 2
F1: Tom 3
You can always assing specific notes in Superior with learn mode.
Here it is:

what are you using for your drums?
Guitars are ok, but you want less low mids on them
that way your bass will fit right just there!
My guitars ended up with a bit more fizzyness than i wanted to

Would work a fair bit more on OH's and room
those guitars are turning out real nicely
But may i repeat; suck some mids out from your amp sim/amp
it WILL make it for a spread sound! [for rhythm gtrs]
Aim for a bit more mid-ey leads [that's why you should cut them out on the base guits]
Also try automation while the leads are playing [lower about -2db - 3 db]
