Another idea...

Has anyone heard of a Finnish band called Sonata Arctica? They're an amazing power metal group who've toured with rhapsody and Strat, and are good mates with nightwish. In my opininion (ignore crappy typing) they would be great for a bloodstock, though its possibly too late this year, as i doubt theres a slot left that they'd fit into. Sonata Arctica are a very good band. The'yve recently released their 3rd full length studio album (Winterheart's Guild). They've also toured alongside Gamma Ray. I'd be up for seeing them anywhere in the UK.

Everything they've ever done is very good. I'd start at the begining and work my way forward.

Great power act, they'd get my vote for 04. I've only heard the single from their latest album but can recommend all their earlier work.

SILENCE is the best power metal album I've heard. Enough said.
