So i have a cheap agile baritone guitar I use bought for $80 
but sounds are not that bad. Anyways I got to borrow a Ernie Ball JP7 for a few months that I want to use to start recording. I am bringing it in for set up this week.
1. My agile baritone is set up for baritone standard B E A D F# B
2. Ernie Ball Jp7 right now is set up for B Standard B E A D G B E
I want to use the ernie ball jp7 in the same way (tuning) as the agile for some songs, so I guess I will get it set up for B standard and just tune the g to F# and go back to G when doing regular tuning, is that fine, I shouldnt run into any intonation issues on a trem just going F# to G??
By the way hoping to convince him to sell this to me
