Something has fucked up majorly with the cymbals. Most of them are 100% right, with the exception of the hats and one crash and they sound awful. Like distorted n stuff.

The snare is also like almost hardpanned left.

Really hard to comment on anything when the stuff is like that, its way too distracting. Also the mix sounds like its clipping a LOT whenever the double kicks come in.

ok check it again i think i fixed most of it... at this point i cant tell i have been doing it all day so my ears are shot..

let me know what else is wrong with it, im determined to make this sound acceptable!

I don't know if you updated the link since Morgoe:s comment, but there is still some major problems with the overheads. You said that you're using superior, check the panning/phases of the OH/Room channels, something is definitely not right here. Hard to focus on other things in the mix when the cymbals sounds like this.
