DESPO424 said:Why should anyone go? I feel eveyone that has supported this band since Bush came into the fold has been kicked in the balls with this strictly financial decision. It's been 12 years now that a lot of the fans on here took to John Bush and have supported this band for those 12 years while being told that he was the man.
In the last year Anthrax records an album for their fans with Bush doing the classics and we have to listen to Scott tell us that these were the way he always envisioned the songs.
Now, Scott and Charlie see the opportunity to make a few extra bucks and decided that the loyalty we have shown this band for more than half of their existence with Bush at the front meant nothing to them and could easily be sold for a few extra dollars. That's the part that burns my ass... but you know something, they had every right to, it is THEIR band, not mine, not anyone else's.
You have suggested that if we don't like it then we should go... NO, I'm not going to go. I'm NOT going to go see them do some I Love The 80's nostalgia tour with a guy who's act is so dated that it rivals Gary Glitter. I AM however going to state on a message board that Scott & Charlie read that I would like to thank them for trying to sell out 12 years of loyalty and support.
