i saw evergrey at the graspop festival last year and thought they were really good. i am a newbie so hi to everyone *big wave*

Hi...I am too. First time I have posted on here...though I often have a browse. Thought it was an opportune moment to say Hi!!
There must be a thing about Evergery and gloucestershire - i live in the green socialist republic of Stroud!! What bands do you play with in cheltenham Duffthing - i'll keep an eye out for a gig if you've got any coming up.
Have been a massive fan of evergery since the debut album - saw them at the Progpower Festival in Atlanta two years ago (amazing show) and the sweden rock festival last year (lovely country!) The new album hasn't been off my decks for weeks.
All things being equal i'll be taking a day trip to france next Thursday to catch a couple of the Evergrey acoustic shows in Grenoble and Lyon - thanks to easyjet prices I couldn't resist - twas my birthday on Monday so decided to give myself a nice present!!!
Gaz - was it you I met last year at sweden rock fest - I was taking some pix for Powerplay. If so, are you going again? I'm just about to get me tickets - stunning line-up again.

Another UK fan checking in. There's a few of us in London - I know that the guitarists in Shadowkeep are fans and Pandora (DJ on Totalrock radio - www.totalrock.com) is a big fan - she's been playing 'Recreation Day' regularly on her show (Saturday and Sunday nights midnight to 3AM UK time) for a few weeks now.
Saw Evergrey at the first ProgPower in Tillburg in 99 (with Gaz - is it really so long since I've seen you?) and then in Paris in Feb 2002.
