I have Cubase SX3 and use it to record ideas etc, I have a small interface (Tascam US-122L) but I literally ONLY know how to plug in, record, listen back. Are they any websites/tutorials/books you can divert me to (or tell me somewhere to start) where I can learn to start doing better recordings, ones that I can use for my band etc. At the moment I only really want to know stuff to help me record/mix/master Metal music.
Any help would be much appreciated! I just dont know where to start!
