Anyone able to catch the Avantasia Mini Tour

Just wondering if anyone was able to catch the latest Avantasia mini-tour. Tobias seems to put so much effort into his work that it seems like an awesome show. Too bad no trip planned for the US.

I caught it in Stockholm this past Sunday. It was simply brilliant... I actually felt that it came across better live than on disc. They played for over 2.5 hours, but it really didn't feel that long. It was incredibly theatrical, with lots of posing and stage antics, and everybody looked totally relaxed and like they wanted to be there. Tobi's sense of humor definitely shone through, too - he introduced "Lost in Space" by asking, "DO YOU WANT TO LISTEN TO SOME COMMERCIAL SELLOUT ROCK, STOCKHOLM?!" I'm REALLY glad I saw it.

Didn't I hear somewhere that they were going to record a show for a live DVD release? I hope???

Awesome. Glad it was a good show. I got a buddy who's going to see them (or did already?) in Mexico and quite a bunch that are seeing them in Brazil.

I'm seeing it in a week or so in Essen, Germany. I haven't really been looking online for reviews or anything, so I'm glad to hear it's really good.

I may have to go overseas for the Roger Water's Wall Tour after hearing how good it has been.
