As I said, if you can't make a distinction between good or bad, and can't be selfcritical, going as far as saying you are a better vocalist than Peter and Mikael when you're actually below pishpoor, you deserve to be laughed at.

I think the guys were just pissed off about not finding anyone to suit there needs and said some sarcastic stuff they could have worded a bit more politically correct.
But life's a bitch and there are many things that can hurt you much more than the comments the guys made.

I meant the guys doing the auditions, claiming they slay Peter and Mike, are dicks in the first place for having such egos.
I hate that kind of attitude.
But on the other hand, a professional band shouldn't react this way, it's like "ok you were acting childish, now we're gonna be childish too", which is the wrong way to deal with this stuff imo.

If Bloodbath had been a demo band and they had gone by some stage names so no-one knew they were a super group do you really think that people would have bothered auditioning even if they had still penned the same releases?

That fact that any of you got offended by "the majority of auditions sucked" just says to me that deep down you knew you/people you know were no good so you feel this applies to you/them even tho' no-one named names. Either that or you're in the catagory of "confuses effort with results", you can try as hard as you like but if you suck, you suck end of story.

I know i realise that people are shit, and by obviously auditioning because they are a 'supergroup', they are doing it to show them how much they love the band. Id hate to be exploited by the people i idolise if i sucked when all i really want in the first place is just a tiny bit respect that i tryed out to begin with and i only had good intention. But im all for takin the piss out of people publicly if it was a 'joke' audition. As they do deserve it for wasting time and i didn mind the whole most of the auditions sucked, but makin an example of them personally isnt cool. I guess if they werent to be named and have personal details put out about them it would be ok, as they would be deemed anonymous.

You are so right here Blakkheim. people should know what they are going into....I can imagen some kind of Idol thing here when people don´t understand that they have no talent what so ever. I would love to hear those mp3´s
