Anyone else have issues with Vendlus Records?

I ordered the new Syven album months ago from them, never received it, and have tried several emails over the course of a month, messaged them through Facebook, and even filed a Paypal claim but can't get a response from them. Anyone had anything similar and had to deal with them? If the issue cannot be resolved, that's one thing but completely ignoring your customers is a whole different ball game to me.

that's weird. the few times I've ordered from Vendlus, I've always been pretty impressed with how quickly I received my order
