Yeah, I have a custom playlist on my iPod. I generally mix 2-3 songs off each album in a certain order. Works very well when I'm in the mood for Opeth and don't want to listen to any particular album.

I usually listen to albums, not songs, and when I'm in the mood for some Opeth, I just plug the "prog" playlist and choose an album of them. When it finishes, another album is already on the way.

To answer OP's question, no, I don't have an Opeth only playlist.

I've got all the albums put into playlists. Then one big Opeth only playlist with every song. Throw it on shuffle and there ya go.

"Opeth" = All Opeth Tracks. Flick on shuffle and I'm sorted, generally.

I'll layout my playlists for you.
An 'All' playlist with my entire music collection on it.
A custom playlist that I update daily.
Playlists dedicated to each Opeth album.
And finally a playlist consisting of all Opeth songs which I play on shuffle.

not really, considering it's too much work to make 65 playlists for all different sorts of shit. if I want to listen to deliverance, I'll go pop the cd into my stereo or I'll find it on my playlist - considering it's in alphabetical order by artist, it's not too hard. making playlists dedicated to each opeth album is a waste of time and energy.

no son, you don't win, because your use of "logical" arguements is wrong. how is it more logical to have a playlist dedicated to each SEPERATE opeth album, PLUS a full opeth playlist for shuffle - when you canmore easily make a full playlist of everything in your library and be done with it?
