hardware wise, it's just a more convenient line-in with a volume knob on it.
software wise, the tones are decent, not as good as my marshall stack, but good enough if i want to record something quick. the tuner is accurate, bypass more-or-less good. the jam-with-a-track feature is lacking i think, as is the ability to change tones on the fly. i also don't like the idea of paying a subscription to get more tones.
verdict: good for the money, but nothing exceptional
