Anyone know where I can download the video for Porcelain Heart that isn't a mov file?

Long story short, I have to use a computer that doesn't have quicktime and I don't have administrator status so I can't install anything. I really want to see a high quality version of the video. So where I can I download a WMV or AVI version or where can I stream Porcelain Heart the video in high quality?
