APtrigga no longer works with new system, alternatives?

Hey guys,

I had been using APTrigga on my old mac (32 bit system) but since upgrading, the program no longer works and although there's an upgraded version on the horizon, I'd like to find an alternative in the meantime.

Freeware if possible!

Recommendations please!

You could try DSP Trigger. There's a free version of it and it's mac/OSX compatible.

Jeff, apparently they are...lol. I didn't realize it was such a dinosaur plugin.

Yeah, I wish I was exaggerating but it's literally been like a decade. It was the first plugin I ever bought because Logic 7 lacked any kind of drum replacement and I was too poor to afford Drumagog. Logic 7... old as shit.

Will DSP Trigger work in the same way?

I just want to blend some samples in SD2.0, that's what I was using APtrigga for.

No idea, never used it. I can't recommend anything but Trigger - that plugin is incredible.
