Are my guitars too loud?

Basically, I just want to know if my guitars are too loud in this mix?

I like very "in your face" guitars, but I feel like the kick and snare are buried?
Especially when the vocals come in.

Brought the snare up, turned the bass down, turned the guitars down a TAD.

I think it's the bass that's way too loud.

And yeah, the snare's too low.

I would pull the gain down just a smidge, that probably will mesh things a tad better sounds a little baggy for the type of music.

I'll agree that the guitars might have a little too much gain. Also, the overheads are a little low.

Not bad for someone who has never used a $500,000 Neve desk or a $5,000 compressor, and you don't know how to integrate outboard gear into your mixes.

I'm still working on getting my drums to cut through like I want them, especially the snare.

i think bass is too loud at first place...
if your mastercomp is killing your kick and your snare try gclip on those before sending it to the master bus

I slapped some C4 on the guitars to tame the low end a bit.
I also remixed the vocals to sit better.


What do you guys think?
