Yea the whip crack makes the song. Arghoslent is damn good if you look past the lyrics (some of which are pretty funny though). Ive only heard Incorrigible Bigotry, but am told Gallowping through the Battleruins is also good.

all 3 of their CDs are good. what they lack in originality, they more than make up for in terms of quality songwriting and just straight up masterful riffery.

Unfortunately, few in this forum will agree (though few have actually heard the band).

Bah, Incorrigible Bigotry was the only thing by them that sounded good at all. Rape of a Slave and their older stuff sounded poorly produced (not in the fun way!) and just lackluster.

I will say they are excellent comedians though, these dudes should seriously tour with Weird Al.

I love em. When I want to listen to well done hate music, I listen to Arghoslent. I dont know why people cant seperate music from ideology? Jesus some people think by listening to them you are supporting the KKK or something--how ludicrous. Futhermore alot of these dreamy idealists seem to believe that such bands of hate and blatant racism shouldnt exist; their existence somehpw makes the world a unsafe place. And its not as if one can understand what the hell the lyrics are anyway.

The reason I say this is because of the devout fanboyism, it seems to be on the same level as Nokturnal Mortum. The only difference is Arghoshit is actually pretty good, whereas NM are... you know, I'm not even willing to make the comparison I've always thought of them as. Maybe next time I'm drunk and/or someone pisses me off.

Oh, I like it, I like it a lot. Exactly what I'm after in death metal: fast shifts, great riffs and good melodies
I shall have to look into this once my record buying ban ends.
